HOW TO ENJOY: Perfect for pre/post workouts, breakfast, or a midday snack. You can even mix them into your yogurt or grab one when you're in a rush and need a quick bite! STORAGE: Since the bars are preservative-free, store them in the fridge or freezer to keep them fresh and tasty. We love eating them out of the freezer, but the choice is yours! You don't have to wait for it to unfreeze.
